Che Sheehan joined the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT) team in March of 2018. Currently, he is the Enterprise Zone Program Manager but has worked on a variety of incentive programs during his tenure. He started as a Program Analyst for the Regional Tourism Act program, which provides state funding to five major tourism projects across Colorado, including the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum, the Denver National Western Center, and the Aurora Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. He has also managed the Rural Jump Start program, the Commercial Historic Preservation Tax Credit program, and the Employee Ownership Tax Credit program. He is currently focused on creating a robust and stakeholder-inclusive process to redesign Enterprise Zones across the state that will go into effect on January 1st, 2026.
